The Masters is played at Augusta National Golf Club during April, it is also the first Major of the year. It has a very unique feel to this great championship. It start's when you get the invitation and respond in writing which is not done for any other tournament. Each one of my invitations is proudly sitting on the wall in my bar room. When you arrive at Augusta National you drive to the clubhouse via Magnolia Lane, which has very large Magnolias on each side of the drive. Then the practice range sits on the both sides the Magnolias. A little info about the golf course. It is the most picturesque course in the world that I have ever played year in year out. Even though there is not to much rough their is plenty of trouble to be found. With perfect timing each year the flowers blooming with colour, the large Magnolias and extremely tall pines trees that line the fairway's. When playing Augusta National for the first time the first impression is the undulating slopes on the course. I have always enjoyed the design of Augusta National. To me it is very testing and uses all your knowledge about yourself and your game. When playing in the tournament you seem to go through all the emotions of up's and down's. It is one of my favourite courses and tournaments. My Past History at The Masters Tournament
