The new Sunshine Golf Club will be moving from its present location, to the west side of the freeway that Australand owns. Australand will then build the new course for the members. When the 18 holes have been completed, Australind will then develop the old Sunshine Golf Club into housing estate. It is definitely the best move for the club.
