We are open for play now. Kooindah Waters Residential Golf Resort is located on Pollock Avenue, Wyong, which is situated on the Central Coast only 1 hours drive North of Sydney. Nestled among natural wetlands, Kooindah Waters will feature 252 Clarendon homes and a luxury resort built around a 18 holes golf course. The golf course will embody eco-design principles, and careful site planning has ensured that most of the homes will capture stunning golf vistas. Along with leading Australian golf course architect Ross Watson and myself, we have designed a fantastic course that will challenge all types of golfers with strategically placed bunkers and water hazards. My biggest tip about playing Kooindah Waters is to be brave with club selection without being fool hardy. Six display homes are be open for inspection.
